Objective

To enhance the management, entrepreneurial and leadership abilities of our people through an integrated, global and results oriented approach to individual and organisational learning.

The SML program is designed as an on-going process that is integrated into an employee’s activities, rather than a series of training events that are separated from the actual business process.
